Since 1986, our family has been an integral part of Canada’s furniture industry as a distributor of imports to small businesses and eventually large national chains. However, our passion for all things Canadian and supporting the local economy led us to establish CanadianFurniture.ca as a sister company, carrying the same industry reputation and offering some of the finest home furniture handcrafted in Canada.
The roots of our brand stem back to the manufacturing of bed frames and headboards in Mississauga, Ontario years ago. Starting with a small, family-based operation, we had gradually established a reputation within the local market of Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area for producing high quality platform beds locally from scratch. As our manufacturing operation continued to grow, we began delivering our pieces further beyond the borders of Ontario to make our beds accessible throughout the nation. This enabled us to explore the idea of offering a more diverse line of products, leading to the expansion of our manufacturing operations to produce benches and ottomans, as well as team up with a number of local manufacturers to provide a wide variety of offerings to Canadians. Eventually, we were able to establish a reputation for putting our customers first, specializing in made to order & customizable home goods.
Today, our brand offers a curated collection of Canadian-made home furnishings & decor while retaining our in-house manufacturing roots.
